The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, and in its original packaging.
The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or other proof of purchase.
Return Process

Obtain Return Authorization: We will provide you with return authorization and further instructions after verifying your request. Please do not send the item back without our confirmation.
Return the Item: Please send the item back according to our instructions. Please keep the tracking number you received to track your return.
Processing Returns: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it as soon as possible. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days.
Refund Processing:
Refund Method: After your return is approved, we will process your refund using your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 3-7 business days to appear in your account.
